What an Amazing Summer!

I just finished making a photo book of our summer and it made me realize how busy we were, but what an amazing time was had!

We had a house full of guests most of the summer, as well as celebrating our 40th Wedding Anniversary so it was an awesome time. Our children and grandies were all here for our anniversary so there was 23 of us for a few days. What a joy watching the children, (both young and old) play together. Our kids put on a wonderful party for us and many family and friends came to help us celebrate!

We continued on our home improvements: Made a Gazebo, had the cement poured for the walk-out, built an Archery Range, planted quite a few new trees, planted and harvested 3 container gardens, and of course, took down some more trees.

Allen Acres is looking better all the time, and we are so blessed to be here, and to share our little slice of heaven with so many wonderful guests and family!
